Description

PRE-REGISTRATION for all classes is REQUIRED.

  • Please call 601-933-6160 or email Becky.Humphreys@hma.com to register.

  • Meet the instructor in the lobby for all classes.

  • $25, payable at the 1st class

  • Four-week session on Mondays

  • Bring 2 pillows to the second class

  • A tour of Woman's Hospital will be provided

  • For class availability, it is recommended that you register for classes no later than your 5th month.
