Sherry Pitts has been with the Woman’s Hospital family since 1999. She attended Hinds Junior College where she received an Associate degree in Nursing. Pitts went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from Belhaven and a Master of Health Administration degree from Tulane University.
Pitts is active in numerous health related organizations, including serving as Board President of the Central Mississippi Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, community member on the Mississippi State Hospital’s Discharge Advisory Board, member of the Mississippi Affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Flowood Kiwanis Club board member. Sherry is also involved in March of Dimes, Rankin County Chamber of Commerce, Santa Day at Mississippi State Hospital and the United Way Campaign.
Sherry is a member of Nativity Lutheran Church. She and her husband, Bill, reside in Ridgeland.
